We currently ship to the following regions:
- Ireland, Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Greece
- United Kingdom
- United States and Canada
- Australia and New Zealand
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Ireland: [1-4 business days]
- International: [5-14 business days]
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (like Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Collection/Pickup Option
We offer local collection at the following locations:
- Ireland (Dublin and Galway - ONLY UPON PRIOR AGREEMENT)
- Austria (Steyr - ONLY UPON PRIOR AGREEMENT)
If you have arranged collection with Tanela Photography prior to your order and selected collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will, depending on your shipping method and location, receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
